Parangi rasayanam is a siddha classical preparation explained in text Agasthiyar Vaidya rethna Churukkam. It contains about 40 ingradients. This medicine is in lehyam form. The usual dosage of this medicine is 3-6 gms twice daily. The common duration for which this medicine should be taken is 40 days.
This medicine is indicated in syphilis, syphilitic sores, scrofula, bubo, venereal sores and cancerous ulcers on penis and vagina. This is also beneficial in skin diseases, colic, Leucorrhoea,Gonorrhea, and Vatha diseases.
