Anaemia
Anemia is a condition in which one lack enough healthy red blood cells
to carry adequate oxygen to your body's tissues. Anemia can make feel tired and weak.
There are many forms of anemia, each with its own cause. Anemia can
be temporary or long term, and it can range from mild to severe. Some of them are Iron deficiency anemia, Vitamin deficiency anemia, Aplastic anemia, sickle cell anemia etc. According to The Lancet, Anaemia affects roughly a third of the world's population; half the
cases are due to iron deficiency. It is a major and global public health
problem that affects maternal and child mortality, physical
performance, and referral to health-care professionals. Children aged
0–5 years, women of childbearing age, and pregnant women are
particularly at risk. Several chronic diseases are frequently associated
with iron deficiency anaemia. According to siddha, Anemia comes under 'Pandu Rogangal' . Among these, Kabha pandu has the similar symptoms as of Iron deficiency anemia.

Dosage
The usual dosage of this medicine is 100-200 mg twice daily. this medicine may be given with honey, and for iron deficiency anemia this medicine can be given with Thrikadu churnam for better results.
