According to Drugs and cosmetic Rule 158 B, it is essential to produce a proof of effectiveness, for licensing of patent and proprietary medicines. But there was a lack of guideline to conduct clinical trial and prove the effectiveness of the medicine. By this guideline, now researchers and institutions and standardize the procedure and fulfill the demand by the government. By implementing this guideline, the opinion of some modern scientists, the effectiveness of this ASU medicines are not scientifically proven, will be a fairy tale.
