SYNDROME 2 - Loeffler's syndrome

Alternative Names : Eosinophilic pneumonia, Acute Eosinophilic Pneumonia, Pulmonary infiltrates with eosinophilia.

Defenition : It is a self limiting enflammation of the lungs with the infiltration of eosinophills in the lungs.

It was first described by Wilhem Loffler in 1932.

 പെട്ടെന്ന്‍ പൊട്ടിപ്പുറപ്പെടുന്നതും  തീവ്ര വേഗതയില്‍ പടരുന്നതുമായ അസുഖങ്ങളേയാണല്ലോ പകര്‍ച്ചവ്യാധികള്‍ എന്ന്  അറിയപ്പെടുന്നത് . മനുഷ്യന്റെ ആരോഗ്യം ക്ഷയിക്കുന്ന കാലമായ അഥാന കാലത്തിലാണ്‌ ഇത്തരത്തിലുള്ള പകര്‍ച്ചവ്യാധികള്‍ പരക്കുന്നതെന്നാണ്‌  സിദ്ധ ശാസ്ത്ര മതം. അഥാന കാലം എന്നത് മലയാളത്തില്‍ കുംഭം മുതല്‍ കര്‍ക്കിടകം വരെയുള്ള കാലഘടമാണ്‌ ഇത് ഫെബ്രുവരി പകുതിയോടെ ആരംഭിച്ച് ആഗസ്റ്റ്‌ തുടങ്ങുന്നതോടെ അവസാനിക്കുന്നു . 

കോളറയും പ്ലേഗും എല്ലാം നിലനിന്നിരുന്ന സമൂഹത്തില്‍ മറ്റ്‌  പല മാരക രോഗങ്ങളും രംഗപ്രവേശം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു . സമൂഹത്തിലെ മൂല്യ ച്യുതിയും, അനീതികളും, സദാചാരമില്ലായ്മയും എല്ലാം വരള്‍ച്ചയ്ക്കും, പ്രകൃതി ക്ഷോഭങ്ങള്‍ക്കും  പകര്‍ച്ചവ്യാധികള്‍ക്കും  കാരണമാകുന്നുവെന്ന്  സിദ്ധ ഗ്രന്ഥങ്ങള്‍ പ്രതിപാദിക്കുന്നു.

Alternative name(s): Aase-Smith syndrome

Definition: A rare inherited disorder characterized by anemia and some joint and skeletal deformities.

The development of bone marrow in this condition is reduced. It is not usually inherited, But in some case inheritance also seen. 

Symptoms: Pale skin, Narrow shoulders, cleft palate, absent or small knuckles, droopy eyelids etc.
