BENEFITS OF GRAPES

Grape is the commonest fruit available in the market. It posses so many health benefits.

 
According to siddha the main actions of grape, which is called as drakshai are
1. It will produce slight loose motion.
2. Increases the Hb level in blood.
3. Cures the abdominal pain.
4. Stops bleeding.
5. Improves cardiac health.
 
Uses:
1. The fresh grape juice given in the dose of 1 teaspoon will stop the loose motion in the time of teething in infants.
2. Decoction of dry grapes will cure the increased thirst and dry cough.
3.  Grapes in various forms such as juice, decoction etc. will be very mch useful in jaundice, cough, fever etc.
