This medicine is used in the treatment of arthritis, paralysis, muscular pains, nervous debility and swellings as an external medicine. This medicine is very much usefull in Rhumatoid arthritis and nuralgia.

- Bee's Wax
- Sakkikkal - Flint stone
- Sotruppu - Common salt
- Aatru Manal - River sand
- Omam - Ajowan
- Manjal -Turmeric
- Jadamanjil - Indian spikenard
This thylam is ina wax form which may be melted before use.
